**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, digital outreach, and referrals
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
- Prepare and present solar quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs
- Coordinate site surveys with internal teams and ensure data collection
- Negotiate and close deals with residential and commercial clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status
- Educate customers on solar energy benefits, ROI, and installation process
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales (Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, or similar sectors)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable with on-field visits and client interactions
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales roles
- Knowledge of solar or electrical systems is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
