**Position: Project Coordinator - Solar Industry**

**Location: Andheri, Mumbai**

**Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000**

**Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar industry, specifically in KWp projects.**

**Qualification: BE Electrical/BE Graduate/Mc graduate/Diploma in BE orMC**

**Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi**

**Job Title: Solar Project Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage engineering design for different projects, understanding client requirements and interacting with them daily regarding design and engineering concepts.
- Prepare designs, perform necessary calculations, and deliver complete documentation to clients, including Bill of Materials (BoM) with technical details.
- Design both DC and AC sides, including selection and calculation of switchgear ratings, protection requirements, cable sizing, and earthing calculations.
- Analyze existing system configurations and select proper evacuation strategies.
- Design the DC side of solar rooftop PV projects, including stringing calculations, module selection, and inverter range assessment.
- Conduct shadow analysis, site surveys, and handle individual solar projects efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee material management at project sites.
- Oversee project execution from initiation to successful completion, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Prepare PVsyst reports to estimate yield generation for solar plants.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in solar project engineering and execution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical system design, switchgear, protection devices, and solar energy components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site surveys and project supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in rooftop solar PV system of project coordination.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to solar energy projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
