Installation & Construction
- **Supervise Installation**: Oversee the installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical systems.
- **Monitor Progress**: Track project progress to ensure it stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
- **Technical Support**: Provide on-site technical guidance to installation teams and resolve any technical issues that arise.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
- **Ensure Compliance**: Verify that all work adheres to local, state, and international safety codes, electrical codes, and regulatory standards.
- **Perform Testing & Commissioning**: Conduct system tests and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- **Quality Control**: Implement quality assurance procedures, conduct inspections, and create checklists to review completed projects.

Documentation & Reporting
- **Prepare Reports**: Compile daily reports, document material usage, and maintain accurate records of project progress.
- **Manage Documentation**: Keep track of all technical documentation, schematics, and specifications for the project.

Collaboration & Communication
- **Coordinate Stakeholders**: Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Provide Status Updates**: Keep clients and management informed of project progress through regular reports and updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
