Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products and brand in the medical industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of groundbreaking medical technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote Raytronics Medical Systems' products and services.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and engage with customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and healthcare technology.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
