Job Title: Dealer Sales Executive

Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive sales and promote brand loyalty
- Conduct regular visits to dealers to provide product training, support, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dealer Sales department
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
