Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Dealer Sales Coordinator to join our sales team at Aguaclan Water Purifiers Pvt Ltd. The Dealer Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting our dealer network, ensuring effective communication and coordination to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and strong organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dealer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to promote our products and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate and manage sales orders from dealers, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Support: Provide ongoing support to dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product information and training.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its dealers, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights on dealer performance and market trends.
- Promotional Activities: Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns for dealers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure dealers have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the dealer sales function, including maintaining records and preparing documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, dealer management, or a similar role, preferably within the water purifier or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CRM software.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Knowledge of the water purification industry and its market dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
