We are looking for a **Sales Telecaller** who can connect with leads, pitch our web and graphic design services, and convert them into happy clients. If you have excellent communication skills and love building client relationships, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and engage with leads provided by the company.
- Understand client needs and explain how Shreya Web's services can fulfill their requirements.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during calls.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth conversion process.
- Record and report daily calling activities and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in sales/telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Confident and persuasive on calls.
- Basic knowledge of web and graphic design services (training will be provided).
- Access to a smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
