**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Sales Telecaller** to join our team at Xyvin. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in the IT and E-Commerce sectors. You will focus on understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and generating leads for the sales team. This role requires fluency in **English and Malayalam** (Hindi optional) and at least **1 year of experience** in sales telecalling, preferably in the IT or E-Commerce industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the **IT and E-Commerce sectors**.
- Communicate effectively in **English and Malayalam** (Hindi optional).
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant **IT & E-Commerce solutions**.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client queries.

**Requirements**:

- **1 year of experience** in a Sales Telecaller or similar role, preferably in **IT or E-Commerce** sectors.
- Fluency in **English and Malayalam** is mandatory (Hindi is optional).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and explain **IT and E-Commerce solutions** to clients.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
