- Provide information, guidance, and assistance to customers regarding products or services.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to assist customers effectively.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes.
- **Documentation**:
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Keep detailed records of customer inquiries and the steps taken to resolve issues.
- **Customer Education**:
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Provide guidance on using self-service options and resources.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring customer concerns.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other customer support representatives and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
