An Education Counsellor Telecalling Executive's job is to guide prospective students on educational options, manage their inquiries, and follow up with leads to drive enrollment. They also handle incoming calls, conduct telemarketing activities, and manage databases to track lead status and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of educational programs, and the ability to build relationships with students and parents. Key Responsibilities:

- **Inquiry Management**: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- **Lead Generation & Management**: Conduct telecalling to follow up on leads, schedule counseling appointments, and manage lead databases.
- **Counseling & Guidance**: Provide information on available courses, eligibility, and admission processes to students and parents.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, track progress, and prepare reports as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with counselors, marketing teams, and administrative staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents.
- **Sales & Persuasion**: Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to persuade students to enroll.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to address student and parent inquiries and resolve issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
