**Job Description for Tele Counsellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and provide information about Crimson Schools and its many USPs.
- Answer inbound inquiries about Admissions and motivate parents to secure admissions in Crimson school.
- Set appointments for School visit and coordinate with Campus Counsellors to ensure parents have a great experience and meaningful interactions with School academic team.
- Collect Documents from parents to support the admission process.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly calling reports, appointment schedule and conversion related records with the management.
- Maintain and update all database of potential parents on CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest information on school initiatives and events to appraise prospective parents.
- Attend marketing events to support school counsellors and Sales head to generate leads and create a positive experience for the potential clients (parent and children).

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor’s degree or higher. Previous experience in tele-counselling for any educational institute is desired.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over call.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and tele calling tools.

A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve target

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 4pm

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
