**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the tendering process on the GEM platform, from bid preparation to contract finalization.
- Ensure compliance with GEM guidelines, procurement policies, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, technical, finance) to create detailed tender documents and evaluate bids.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable vendors and devise effective procurement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Analyze tender submissions, evaluate proposals, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver timely reports on tender statuses and contract awards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or contract management, preferably with government or public sector organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of GEM guidelines, procurement regulations, and contract management principles.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in procurement or contract management (e.g., CIPS, NCMA).
- Experience working with government agencies or public sector organizations.
- Familiarity with e-procurement systems and tender management software.
