We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our UK shift operations in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls from our UK-based clients, providing exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from UK customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for UK customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work during UK shift timings from 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
