**Sales & Business Development**:

- Drive sales of healthcare CRM products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector.
- Present, demonstrate, and pitch CRM solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations for prospects and customers.

**Client Engagement & Support**:

- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers in the adoption of CRM products, provide training sessions, and resolve any technical or operational issues.

**Reporting & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and product updates.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Executive in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in selling healthcare-related products or services, ideally in CRM software or medical technologies.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including knowledge of healthcare management, digital health tools, and CRM systems.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and its benefits to healthcare organizations.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in sales, healthcare technology, or CRM software will be a plus.
