Files reports, phone orders and other documents as requiredEnsures transcribed reports are appropriately forwarded in a timely fashion asnecessaryCommunicates report status or content to the consulting doctor via Phone or WhatsApp or verballyAnswering phones for an Administrative OfficeComplete scheduling of appointments of patients and coordination with the visiting doctorProcessing correspondence to referring physicians and patientsCross covering other positions as neededProvide positive and courteous customer service at both the reception deskScheduling services, and over the phone for multiple clinic sites while maintaining a professional presence at all timesCollaborates with the triage team and Patient Flow Coordinator to efficientlymanage daily provider schedules and assists with accommodating walk-in patients or same-day appointmentsMay be required to perform other job related miscellaneous clerical dutiesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food providedProvident FundApplication Question(s):You can apply for the job if you have completed BA in English or Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharma).
