As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our
global retail channels. Your primary role will involve handling calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirement and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to serve customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
