**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition**:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

**2. Property Listing and Marketing**:
Assist clients in listing properties for sale or rent.

Develop marketing strategies, including online and offline advertisements, open houses, and staging consultations.

Take high-quality photos and create compelling property descriptions.

**3. Market Analysis**:
Research market trends, property values, and neighborhood data.

Provide clients with insights into property pricing and market conditions.

**4. Client Consultation**:
Guide buyers and sellers through the buying or selling process.

Help clients identify needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.

**5. Property Showings**:
Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective buyers.

Highlight key features and answer client inquiries about properties.

**6. Negotiation**:
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable outcomes.

Advise clients on counteroffers and contract terms.

**7. Documentation and Compliance**:
Prepare and review purchase agreements, rental agreements, and other contracts.

Ensure adherence to legal requirements and deadlines.

**8. Closing Coordination**:
Work with escrow companies, mortgage lenders, and inspectors to finalize transactions.

Ensure a smooth closing process for all parties involved.
**Required Skills**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.

Proficiency in real estate software and marketing tools.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Real estate license (mandatory in most regions).

Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred).

A reliable mode of transportation for property visits.

Contract length: 80000 months

Pay: ₹32,500.00 - ₹38,640.00 per month
