**Job Summary**

A Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the property market and ensuring their needs are met. The role involves client relationship management, market research, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct property tours and open houses.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about real estate market trends, prices, and property values.
- Provide clients with comparative market analysis (CMA).
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
- Guide clients through the closing process.
- **Marketing and Lead Generation**:

- List properties on various platforms and market them effectively.
- Develop marketing materials, such as brochures and social media posts.
- Build a network of potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking events.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (12th’s degree preferred).
- Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and real estate software.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred).

**Working Conditions**
- Flexible schedule, often including evenings and weekends.
- Combination of office work and property site visits.
- Commission-based earnings, with the potential for high income.

Contract length: 90000 months

Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
