- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide property recommendations based on their needs.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:

- Conduct property showings and site visits.
- Negotiate deals to achieve the best terms for clients.
- Close sales and ensure all legal paperwork is completed.
- **Market Research & Listing Management**:

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- List properties on various platforms and market them effectively.
- **Legal & Documentation**:

- Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Assist clients in processing legal paperwork, including agreements and contracts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1+ years in real estate sales (freshers with sales potential may be considered).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and online property listing platforms.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license (if required in the location).
- Own transport (preferred for site visits).
