**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and renters.
Understand clients’ needs and preferences, guiding them through the process of finding the right property.
- **Property Listings & Showings**:
List properties for sale or rent, including conducting property evaluations and setting competitive pricing.
Schedule and host property showings for potential buyers or renters.
Provide expert knowledge about properties, neighborhoods, and local markets.
- **Market Research**:
Stay informed about the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and industry news.
Conduct thorough market research to determine the best pricing and marketing strategies.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:
Assist clients in negotiating terms and prices.
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
Provide guidance throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- **Transaction Management**:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction, including paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements.
Work with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a seamless process.
- **Marketing & Networking**:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listed properties through various channels (online listings, social media, open houses, etc.).
Network with potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals to expand your client base.
- **Administrative Duties**:
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions in the CRM system.
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- **Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Salesperson or in a related sales field.

Valid Real Estate license (required by local/state law).

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
