We are a leading US immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate Immigration services to individuals and families navigating the complexities of US immigration law.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information regarding our services, processes, and general immigration procedures.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for clients with attorneys.
- Maintain and update client records in our case management system.
- Assist clients in completing necessary forms and gathering required documentation.
- Ensure all client communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to relay client information and updates.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards in handling client information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a legal or immigration setting.
- Basic understanding of immigration terminology and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with case management software is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
