**Job Description**:
Your Team

The primary responsibilities of the Fund Admin will be to Prepare various schedules to Financial Statements which form part of Shareholder Reports

Your Role
- Work as part of a team, ensuring SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)/all relevant regulatory requirements are met and maintained, and escalating issues to Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
- Prepare various schedules of Investments and other notes to Financials which form part of Shareholder’s reports.
- Posting of fixed accruals for the funds as per the procedures laid down.
- Preparation of OD Analysis Report
- Provide cover for other team members in their absence and assists other areas, as required.
- Contribute to overall team progress via team meetings / ideas / initiatives / training and development.
- Escalate breaches to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Experience You Bring
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the Fund Administration/Financial Reporting process.
- Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Preferred knowledge of Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting & procedures.
- Basic knowledge of various security types and instruments used in the industry
- Strong Accounting skills
- Must be able to analyze and interpret the data/numbers.
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Able to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment.
- A flexible, positive and creative individual with excellent customer focus and open mind.

Academic requirements
- PG in accounting or finance with taxation courses.
- Financial services industry related certifications.
