2. Identify and resolve technical issues and system errors to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. 3. Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and facilitate disaster recovery processes. 4. Collaborate with Information Security to implement security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems, to protect systems from cyber threats. 6. Monitor system performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency. 7. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and generate reports as needed for management and compliance purposes. 8. Provide training and technical support to end-users on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
