Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

- Work on preparation of N-CSR, N-CEN and BEA regulatory filings
- Support in validations of N-PORT, CPO-PQR and Form PF regulatory filings
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient filing of data
- Ensure the filings are completed within the regulatory deadline
- Manage shared mailbox efficiently
- Prepare/monitor data sourcing and data ingestion processes

Work Experience/Knowledge:

- 2-4 years of experience in regulatory reporting and filings for various product ranges is desirable
- Working in an asset management environment and experience in financial services (investment management) will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR regulatory filings
- Understanding or prior experience of working on BEA 185, CPO-PQR and Form PF is a significant plus
- Strong analytical skills, Detail orientation, service commitment and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Formal Education:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance and/or equivalent work experience.
- Semi qualified CA / Semi qualified CMA
- Financial services industry related certifications.

Skills/Competencies/Attributes:

- Team player
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds industry, its product types and their regulatory requirements
- Understanding of various regulatory filings and reporting process

Working Conditions:
