- To support LugBee users & hosts in completing the booking process.
- Scheduling and delivering online training to our hosts & users.
- Overseeing the customer & host service process.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- A quick learner with exceptional ability to make decisions.

- Proficient in online meeting tools like Google Meet, Skype, Anydesk etc.
