**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all incoming online queries from customers, distributors, and partners.
- Provide product details, catalogs, pricing, and order status updates.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for query resolution.
- Maintain a log of all queries and track follow-ups to closure.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, or basic sales documents when required.
- Escalate complex queries to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline); preference for commerce or business-related fields.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Experience in customer service, online support, or sales coordination preferred.
- Strong communication skills and polite demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary Range**:
₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
