We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Fashion World, a prominent manufacturer of high-quality Indian wear. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, promoting our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will work in a vibrant retail environment and be responsible for maintaining store operations, driving sales, and supporting the overall success of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations based on our range of Indian wear.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products, offering styling tips and product information.
- Handle customer queries and concerns in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
- **Sales and Product Promotion**:

- Actively engage customers to drive sales.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including fabric types, designs, and manufacturing processes, to effectively inform and educate customers.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the store manager about low stock or products that need reordering.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash or card payments
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat visits through outstanding service and follow-up.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members and the store manager to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- A passion for Indian wear, têxtiles, and fashion trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive, energetic, and approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Indian wear fashion, including traditional and contemporary designs.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Experience in visual merchandising or store display.
