We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Furniture Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing furniture products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Present and demonstrate furniture designs, features, and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the delivery/operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and stock records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Basic knowledge of billing software/CRM is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a strong sales and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
