**Job Overview**:
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers by phone to promote products, services, or gather customer information. They will handle outbound and inbound calls, answer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a detailed record of call logs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Handle inbound queries and address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Follow up on leads and ensure sales targets are met.
- Obtain customer information and maintain an updated database.
- Explain products and services to customers, ensuring all queries are handled professionally.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
- Conduct market research and surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
- Work with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead management.
- Meet call and sales targets as outlined by management.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Basic computer skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi.
- Basic English Required

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
