**Full job description**

The responsibilities will include
- Answering calls and resolving queries about products, services or the company.
- Calling active or old customers to check-in with them and encourage them to use our services while modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand.
- Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details and retaining contact information databases.
- Branch out and find potential customers through telecalling work.
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts adhering to organization guidelines.
- Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales
- Create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on the telecalling conversation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong sales skills and a passion for selling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
