**About Us**:
Viosynergy supports the hospitality industry by offering robust back-end services. We are looking for a detail-oriented **Sales Specialist** to manage key sales processes, ensure seamless communication with hotels and clients, and support overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming sales calls from **8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)** **(US EST)** and provide assistance as needed. No sales skills required, knowledge of hotel management training will be provided to answer basic queries
- Prepare and send contracts via an **e-signature program**.
- Distribute **rooming lists, credit card authorization, and tax-exempt forms** to hotels while updating internal trackers.
- Follow up with hotels for **confirmation of rooming lists** and update records accordingly.
- Send clients a copy of **confirmed reservations** for their reference.
- Obtain **pick-up reports and final folios** from hotels.
- Update internal trackers with **pick-up numbers** for reporting purposes.
- Send clients their **final folios and pick-up reports** in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with hotels to process and send **invoices** as required.
- **Additional Sales Support**: Assist with various Sales-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA or Bachelor's Degree is a must
- Strong **English communication skills** for US client and hotel interactions
- Excellent **attention to detail** and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Sheets, and e-signature platforms**.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to follow-ups.
