**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**

**Work Schedule**: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational off days (Monday to Sunday, with rotational off days on weekends or weekdays)

Eligibility:

- Graduate freshers can apply
- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field

Working Hours:

- Night shift (8 hours a day, with rotational shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and issues via chat
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics (e.g. first response time, resolution rate)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
