About the Internship

We are launching a new food brand focused on [insert concept - e.g., heritage recipes, fast-casual fusion, gourmet spice mixes, etc.]. As part of the launch team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in product development, branding, kitchen operations, and retail readiness. This internship is perfect for students passionate about food innovation, business development, and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and testing of food products for market readiness.
- Work with chefs and food technologists to document recipes, standardize portions, and maintain quality.
- Coordinate and support trial launches, sampling sessions, or pop-up events.
- Help manage inventory, supplier coordination, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Support in the design of menu cards, packaging, and customer experience workflows.
- Engage in market research, identifying trends and competitor benchmarks.
- Support social media content, influencer tasting programs, and digital promotions.
- Participate in customer feedback analysis to refine products or service models.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Service Management.
- Passionate about food, service design, and launching new concepts.
- Hands-on experience in kitchen or food service operations is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in food presentation and concept ideation
