We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Trip Sales Person. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages and trips to potential customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, and then provide them with tailored trip options that meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers who are interested in travel and vacation packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Understand client travel preferences, budget constraints, and desired destinations to offer suitable trip options.
- Present and promote various travel packages and itineraries to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each.
- Provide detailed information on trip inclusions, accommodations, transportation, and other relevant details to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Customize travel itineraries based on individual client preferences and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Coordinate with us, to ensure seamless trip arrangements.
- Close sales and process payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close sales effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, attractions, and travel packages.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Note**:This position is commission-based**, meaning your compensation will be directly tied to your sales performance. You will receive a percentage of the sales value as commission.
