Job description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential customers for **RFID-based RTLS solutions OR Barcode System** across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase RFID and RTLS capabilities.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in RFID and RTLS.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **0-5 years of sales experience**, preferably in **RFID, RTLS, IoT, or enterprise technology solutions OR Barcode System**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,194.94 - ₹72,583.16 per month
