**Responsibilities**:
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling IT solutions and services to businesses and organizations. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while also prospecting for new clients.
- Understand the client’s needs and recommend suitable IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.) to meet their requirements.
- Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of IT solutions.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to potential client concerns.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively position your offerings to potential clients.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio to present solutions that are aligned with client needs.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including forecasts, progress updates, and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and proactively take action to ensure goals are achieved.
- **Customer Support & Post-Sales Relationship**:

- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation by working closely with the technical and support teams.
- Provide after-sales support to clients to resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with the product and service, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to generate leads.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the accurate delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share insights, and best practices with the sales team.
- **Sales Targets & Performance**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to optimize sales performance and improve conversion rates.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT solutions, software, hardware, cloud services, and related technologies.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking sales and managing leads.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match those needs with the right products and solutions.

**Working Hours**: 10 Am to 7 PM ( 8 hours) 1 hour Break
Working Days : 6 days
