Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive (Telecaller)

**Location**: Vapi, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Position**: Immediate Hiring

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Address customer inquiries about Hyundai vehicles, services, and offers.
- Provide detailed information about available models, features, and financing options.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule test drives and showroom visits.
- Maintain an updated database of customer contacts and follow-up statuses.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team by coordinating appointments and communicating customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress and customer feedback.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Handle customer complaints or concerns and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the management team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in telecalling or customer relationship roles preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication.
- Polite, confident, and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
