Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.

Always ask them for feedback.

Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

When delivered ready, confirm to the customer that we are sending a parcel.

Confirmation of Delivery with client next day of parcel sent.

Take feedback about goods delivered like delivery done as per order and finish is Good.

After receiving the payment send thanks msg.

Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

Give or support the clients about company products or

services.

Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to

the concern.

Understand client queries and solve them in any manner

Connect with old clients

Key skills for Client Relationship Management:
Polite disposition.

Ability of rigorous follow up.

The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and

writing - with colleagues and clients.

Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

Proactive.

Thorough knowledge of products/services.

Always available on calls.

**Salary**: From ₹12,500.00 per month
