**Job Description**:
**The role**

**As the Customer Service Representative, you will**:

- Managing day to day Customer Service for Sales and Nomination shipments for customers based in Pune.
- Handling & Managing day to day pricing for Sales generated business and Toll counterpart, Approved agents & local customs queries.
- Maintaining job count report and Job profit for shipments handled ex Pune.
- Involved in Negotiations of rates with carriers & overseas networks offices.
- Placing bookings with carrier as per rate agreed and service contract and Tracking of shipments on daily basis.
- Ensuring no documents is released without payment for COD customers
- Efficient & Timely communication with Customers thus improving the information flow & reducing process times at each stage.

**About you**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Atleast 3 years of experience in customer representation and operations role.
- Good exposure of freight forwarding Industry.
