Greetings

We are #hiring for an Operations Executive.

Location: CST Mumbai

Exp: 3-5 Years

**Should have experience with manual preparation /calculation in Excel, SOA calculation, MIS preparation, MS Excel expertise from operations perspective**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintaining the LMS Bank Statement's credit / debit entries Nature as per instructions from Finance and Legal Team.

Identify Unidentified entries and resolve collaborating with internal teams and banking partners

Track assignor inflows, update utilization, and reconcile excess/unidentified funds Supported legal team by generating customs SOAs, recovery trail reports borrower wise receipting with POS value

Daily basis downloading all trust account bank statement. recovery updating in system.

Identification of credit entries as per bank statement for the sake of borrower wise

Follow up for unidentified credits received from borrowers in various bank accounts.

End to end support to all the collection agencies by providing all the required details on timely basis.

Checking payment receipt one by one from bank statement & sending the report to all the agencies.

Sending the Daily Recovery MIS Report to all the HOD. Handling closure process - Checking payment received as per settlement approval in system and issued NDC within TAT.

Sending Legal Demand Notice/Intimation Letter and 13(2) Notice to the borrower on request basis.

Sending SMS to the borrower on monthly basis.

Sending OTS Reminder letter for OTS Failed cases.

Co-ordinate with vendor for POD and billing data.

Preparing MIS on weekly basis and sending to all the HOD and stake holder.

Maintaining borrower contact details data for further process.

Co-ordinating with Vendor for new letter format.

Borrower wise contact trail updation in LMS on daily wise.

Action code updation on daily basis for field collection and Agencies.

Co-ordinate with internal team for disputes cases of action code.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SOA Calculation: 3 years (required)
- Manual Excel Calculation: 3 years (required)
- MIS Prepration: 3 years (required)
