Suhas Hydrosystems Pvt. Ltd. specializes in designing, manufacturing and marketing of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic power systems, tube bending machines and related machinery and components. **BASIC PURPOSE**:
To achieve the sales target and assist in preparation of sales developmental plan

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To assist in development and implementation of sales plan
- To segment the areas according to target audience
- To conduct promotional and sales activity within target audience
- To reach out to maximum number of audience
- To achieve monthly sales target
- To prepare monthly sales report
- To coordinate with the Production and Stores department for the final output and dispatch
- To coordinate with the Marketing department for designing and implementation of promotional activities and customer communication

**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**:
The Jr. Sales Officer reports to Sr. Sales Officer. This position has frequent day-to-day contact with Sr. Sales Officer, Jr. Marketing Officer, Jr. Production Engineer, Jr. Purchase Officer and Stores Assistant.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- QUALIFICATION:

- B.E./diploma in mech engg
- EXPERIENCE: 3 T0 5 years in engineering manufacturing co.in sales dept of machine building only
- KNOWLEDGE:

- Should have good verbal and written communication in English Hindi Marathi
- Should be go getter and confident
- WORK CONDITIONS:

- Office will be working from Monday to Saturday 8.30 AM to 5 PM
- Sunday would be weekly off.
- No casual or sick leave will be provided. 8 Paid leaves will be allowed.
- Employee will be allowed privilege leave only after completion of 240 working days.
