**Job Title**: CRM- Jr. Officer

**Experience**: 3-4 Years
**Location**: Shivaji Nagar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **end-to-end Agreement Management cycle** including preparation and handling of NOC, Collection, Agreement Registration, and Demand Letters.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, payments, and timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer agreements and payment schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Accounts) to ensure smooth agreement processing.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to agreements and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**, preferably in the **real estate industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **agreement documentation & registration process**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
