DPIFF is India's only independent international Film Festival & Award Ceremony, celebrating the work of aspiring, young, independent, and professional filmmakers. The festival aims to honour the lifetime efforts of Dadasaheb Phalke by acknowledging and aiding nascent projects, bringing them to mainstream audiences. DPIFF uniquely honours the Indian Film Industry, Indian Television Industry, and International Film Fraternity under one unified emblem.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Jr. Operations Manager. The Jr. Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, coordinating with different departments, ensuring smooth execution of events, and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include handling logistics, scheduling, and overseeing the implementation of various projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of event planning and execution
- Experience in the film or entertainment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
