They should be always available at the reception counter all the time.
- Should pay special attention to the patients/attendants in the lobby, OP & IP reception and emergency reception and all the OPD's
- To help and ensure the patient/attendants don't have any inconvenience and help them during their Admissions, Discharges, Investigation & MHC's etc.
- New Registration, counseling for chargeability, admission for regular cash paying patients, ECHS & other corporate patients.
- Completion of corporate documentations & Escorting to their respective wards
- Processing & Update the Corporate (excel) file both on paper and in the module, communicating through mail to respective HOD's regarding., Staff Admission, Staff Dependants, Beas, VIP pt.
- Counseling and Admissions (including Upgrade Surgeries)
- Doctor change request in case pt. need to shift in another specialty up gradation of Remarks for any kind of message.
- Guest queries & Room Booking for expected admissions for next few days.
- Temporary Passes as Request comes time to time from Different Wards / ICU's
- Cash Collection / Refunds
- Attending to Patient/ Attendant calls
- OPD billing and registration (on non OPD days and hours)
- Corporate Processing
- Reimbursement details for billed patients prepared
- Night reports
- Handling Billing queries for routine pt. attendants
- Taking request from Nursing Station or from the attendants for the particulars & Address Change Request
- Request for Package Detail (Reimbursement request) in case pt. is Govt. Employee and required package breakup.
- Cash Collection / Refunds Issuance of Receipts against deposits.
- To have a control over gatherings at the OP reception and ensure that only required persons accompany the patient by telling them politely.
- To record the comments in the prescribed format in the register/feedback forms regarding any observations that need the attention of administration for remedial measures and give feed back to Lobby Manager.
- To escort VIP patients to the respective OP/Diagnostic areas and rooms.
- To keep a watch at the entrance and call for proper assistance such as Wheelchair/Stretcher if needed by some of the patients on arrival.
- Any other work assigned by the Lobby Manager from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
