**Role Summary**:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact at the college front desk. The role requires a courteous, organised, and efficient individual to handle reception duties, assist visitors, manage phone calls, and provide administrative support to the institution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet students, parents, staff, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information about the college, courses, and admission procedures.
- Maintain front office operations, including visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and student inquiries.
- Handle basic documentation, mail distribution, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with student record maintenance and coordination with the admin/academic departments.
- Support daily administrative operations as assigned by the Office Administrative Officer or Principal.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate Degree.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in **English, Kannada, and Hindi**.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (preferred), preferably in an educational institution.
- Personal Attributes: Pleasant personality, professionalism, punctuality, multitasking skills, and confidentiality.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday - 8:20 AM to 4:45 PM
**Reporting To**:
Administrative Officer / Principal
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
