**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and handle inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain and update company records and filing systems.
- **Coordination**:

- Communicate with project teams and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with the coordination of site visits and client meetings.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other visitors.
- **Office Support**:

- Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk is stocked with necessary materials.
- Coordinate maintenance requests for office equipment or facilities.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address inquiries from clients and visitors professionally and accurately.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
