**Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and utilities.
- Assist HR/Admin team with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update staff contact lists and other internal records.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- 3yrs of Experience is must with Bachelor's degree

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, telephone systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
