We are a leading dental clinic in HSR Layout 5th sector specializing in Preventive dental care,

We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist preferably Female to be the face of our clinic and provide excellent customer service to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records, update contact information, and manage patient files.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Manage communication between the clinic team and patients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the dental team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic patient management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
