Akoya Dental is looking for one motivated individual to take on the combined role of **Receptionist & Dental Assistant**. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of our office, ensuring both front-desk and clinical operations run smoothly

**Your Role**:
As the Receptionist & Dental Assistant, you'll be a key player in both the front office and the dental treatment room. Your responsibilities will include:
**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly smile
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries
- Verifying insurance information and processing payments

**Dental Assistant Duties**:

- Assisting the dentist during exams and procedures
- Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments
- Taking X-rays and maintaining patient records
- Educating patients about their treatments and oral care
