**Position Title**: Dental Receptionist

**Location**: Bangalore, India

We are looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist at Facial Aesthetics Center in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, the dental receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic specializing in facial aesthetics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
- Verify patient information, including personal details and medical history, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and assist with patient intake and discharge processes.
- Stay updated on facial aesthetics procedures, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients.

Pay: ₹9,092.27 - ₹16,328.58 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
